Ordering Info

If your order didn’t go through, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do:
  1. Order Confirmation: You should receive an email confirmation confirming that your order has been successfully received and scheduled for delivery on the date you requested.

  2. Payment Processing: Please note that payments are not processed directly through our website. Instead, payments are completed using our in-person credit/debit card processing system at our store location in Sunnyside, NY.

  3. CVC Code: In order to finalize your payment, we will need your CVC (security) code from your credit/debit card. Without this, we cannot process your order.

  4. Check Your Bank Account: If you’re unsure whether the payment was processed, you can check your bank account to see if any charges have been made. If you don’t see a charge, it means the payment wasn’t completed.
To complete your order, please provide your CVC code, and we’ll finalize the payment and confirm your delivery. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to us!
We strive to provide you with the freshest and most beautiful flowers. However, due to seasonal availability or supply chain limitations, substitutions may occasionally be necessary to complete your arrangement.
  1. Bouquet Style & Theme: When substitutions are made, we ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement remain consistent. Flowers of equal or greater value are always used.

  2. Single-Flower Arrangements:For arrangements featuring a single flower type (e.g., all roses or orchids), we will do our best to match the flower type. If that’s not possible, we may substitute with a similar flower in a different color.

  3. Keepsake Items: Substitutions of certain keepsake items, such as vases or containers, may also be necessary due to increased demand during holidays or special occasions.
We take every measure to ensure your order is just as beautiful and thoughtful as you envisioned. If you have specific preferences or concerns, feel free to contact us, and we’ll work with you to make it right!  

 

We offer a variety of payment options to make your experience seamless:

In-Person Payments
Visit our store in Sunnyside, NY, and pay using your credit or debit card.

Over-the-Phone Payments
Call us to securely process your payment using your credit or debit card. Please have your full card details ready, including the card number, expiration date, CVC (security) code, and billing ZIP code.

Website Orders – Important Payment Information
Please note that our website does not process payments directly. When you place an order online, the credit card information is not transmitted to us for security reasons. All payments are completed at our in-store location.
Once we receive your order, a member of our team will contact you via phone or email to collect your full payment details and finalize the transaction securely.

Zelle Payments
We also accept payments via Zelle. Simply send your payment to our registered Zelle account for a fast and secure transaction.

Important Note for Orders Over $150
For purchases exceeding $150, additional security verification may be required. This measure helps prevent fraud and ensures your order is fulfilled accurately. We may request additional information or documentation to proceed.
