Hi, I’m Giorgie.

Flowers by Giorgie is more than just a flower shop to me, it’s my heart, my family, and my life’s work. As an immigrant, I came here with big dreams, strong faith, and the belief that if you treat people right and work hard, everything else will follow. This shop was built on that belief.

We are a family-owned and operated florist proudly serving Sunnyside and Long Island City in Queens, and delivering throughout New York City. When you walk into our shop, you’re not walking into a corporation. You’re walking into our home away from home. You’ll see my family helping customers, designing arrangements, answering phones, running deliveries, and sometimes even our shop cat keeping watch.

Every arrangement that leaves our store is made with intention. Whether it’s a single rose, a birthday bouquet, a sympathy piece, or a full wedding installation, I treat it like it’s for someone I love. We create florals for everyday moments, weddings, funerals, anniversaries, new babies, corporate events, and everything in between. We design modern pieces, classic arrangements, seasonal collections, plants, and custom creations based on your vision.

What makes us different is the care. I personally believe flowers are not just flowers. They carry emotion. They represent love, apology, celebration, grief, gratitude, and hope. That’s why quality matters to me. Fresh product, thoughtful design, and attention to detail are not optional here, they’re standard.

Being family-run means everyone does a little bit of everything. We take orders, design, coordinate events, manage inventory, handle deliveries, and stay hands-on in every part of the process. I believe in hard work, teamwork, and showing up for our community every single day.

Our customers mean everything to us. Many of you have been with us for years. You trust us with your most important life moments, and that’s something I never take lightly. From the bride who trusted us with her wedding day to the family honoring a loved one, I understand how important it is to get it right.
